Grooming terms & conditions
Please ensure if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you let us know 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid a fifty percent cancellation fee.
Every groom includes a free health. We will advise of any noticeable differences in your poochie. We have successfully advised of various conditions in the past.
However please note we are not veterinary professionals. Any and any advice given regarding Health matters are purely of our own personal opinion and should not be constructed as professional medical advice. We will recommend that you go and see your vet.
As the dog owner, you agree that Pamper My Poochie will not be held. Liable for any post groom effects of clipping an neglected matted coat. These may include, and are not limited to, the following itching of the skin or self inflicted irritations and abrasions from excessive rubbing or scratching.
In conjunction with the animal welfare act of 2006, clause 5, animals are meant to be protected from any pain, injury, and suffering. We will always attempt to dematt the coat before shaving down. However, we will clip off the coat if your dog shows Any distress or the de matt process takes more than 15 minutes or if the matt is too close to the skin.

Pamper My Poochie allow agree to allow up to 48 hours from the time of the groom for you to advise us of any amendments needed or to repeat any part of the groom that you're not happy about.
The owner gives permission for Pamper My Poochie to take photographs, and videos that may be used for corporate use on our social media, they remain the property of Pamper My Poochie. However, if you'd like a copy, please let us know.

Pamper My Poochie remains the right to refuse to groom if they consider your dog to be risk to them or to all the dogs themselves, and appropriate muzzles may be used. As we are grooming for the welfare of your poochie, welfare will always be considered before any vanity i.e. Styling and we will always do what is best for the pooch. We will always do our best to meet any styling requests however this may not always be possible due to coat type, condition and pooch temperament.
Pick up and drop off timings;
Please be on time for drop off and collection of your pooch. If you arrive late we may not be able to have time to complete your groom. If you arrive late to collect your poochie a late collection charge may be added.
Please ensure your poochie is flea free before they come to their appointment. We are not a salon that can accept poochies with fleas. 50 % charge of your appointment plus a flea charge will be added. The only on pooch treatment we have found to be effective is the treatment from the vets.
All appointments over £20 require a £20 deposit. Bookings made for held for 48 hours and confirmed on receipt of deposit payment. Your deposit is taken off the total pamper price.
If you cancel outside of 48 hours your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel inside of 48 hours your deposit is non refundable.

Dog Walking, Sitting, Pop ins and Wedding Chaperone
We look forward to working with you and caring for your pets.
We offer one free meet and greet session. During this, we will assess your dogs needs and behaviours. This is also a chance for you to ensure you are happy with us as your sitter and both parties are comfortable before the booking commences. Any additional meet and greets required will be charged at £10 per session.
All booking forms and deposit needs to be paid before a booking is confirmed.
All our walks / chaperone duties are leaded and are for one to one care with dedicated chosen sitter / walker / chaperone.
We do not offer group walks your dogs will not be mixed with others. Families can walk together but only up to 3 small dogs at one time (depending on their behaviour).
It is the owners responsibility to advise your sitter of any cameras and CCTV On and around your property.
We would recommend you join us on our Social Sunday walk as another way for your dog to bond with our sitter. These walks are free of charge. Please ensure the booking registration form is completed before the meet and greet is arranged. We rely on this information, such as routine and medical history to enable our sitters to be fully informed and to give your dog the best experience with us while you are away.
Whilst in our care, your dog will have a Pamper My Poochie dog tag as well as their own.
Please note, the home will be left in the condition our sitters find it on arrival. We will, of course clean up after the pet(s) while in our care. Our sitters are not cleaners and will prioritise the dogs care.
Please ensure a bed stripped and ready for the sitter to use on their arrival.
We do not accept any liability for any damage to your property by your dog. We can leave poochies up to 5 hours in one day.
If your dog is deemed to be aggressive towards our sitter or another dog, or our sitter is put in a situation where their health and safety is compromised, we will first contact your emergency contact or seek alternative kennel arrangements which will be charged in full to you the client.
We do not accept any liability for your dog if they are aggressive to a member of the public or any other animals.
We will use your vets were possible and will endeavour to get hold of you if any vet care is required. We will make the best decisions based on what we deem is best at the time together with the vets advise if we can not get hold of you. All vet bills will be the owners responsibility.
This is an arrangement of trust, we trust the pets in our care and their owners. In turn you must put your trust and faith in our amazing professional sitters.
We will send photos and videos as per your request on your form.
Invoices must be paid two weeks before the sit commences.The sit can only start once the balance has been paid in full. For walking we invoice a week before for immediate payment.
For walking we require 48 hour cancellation period. Inside 48 hours. The full amount for the walk is payable. For sitting a 2 week notice is required. Inside 2 weeks notice would be loss of deposit.
We accept cash in the spa or bank transfer (preferred method).
You will be sent an invoice with full details.
